CURSIVE AND MERMAID HAIR

Because I know the majority of my days will be spent writing in a notebook and reading a big fat anatomy book at least two times through a chapter, I have decided to take advantage and work on other skills I have been meaning improve. For one, writing in cursive. My anatomy teacher is a funny old fellow that surprisingly has some of the best cursive handwriting I have ever come upon. So not only am I learning about meiosis I, meiosis II and all the other ways cells divide (which I think is only one more...) but my cursive has improved impeccably since one week ago.

Second, I have become quite speedy at getting ready in the morning. I've been wearing mermaid hair almost everyday, because old routines of waking up, showering, blow drying, and curling is cutting into my beauty sleep. And the lazy in me would rather go all natural, which my hair is definitely happy about.

Lastly, Michael and I have become the king and queen over here of making the little time we have to spend together, quality. I was nervous that losing hours with my love would make me grumpy and more clingy than usual, but I have managed better than anticipated.

I will survive this semester if it's the last thing I do. I have beach time to look forward to at the end, so I have to.

The pup and I found a patch of grass today in this snow covered valley. I was so happy.

I hope you have a good week friends!
